What size of events do you cater? We cater events from small family dinner parties to occasions such as corporate events, luncheons or receptions. How do I place an order? Email us at orders@bellumios.com or call us at 786.361.5133. Some of my guests are vegetarian. How will you accommodate them? We are happy to provide vegetarian or other dietetic menu choices as needed to please your guests. Do you accept credit cards? We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards as well as payment by check. An itemized invoice with a balance due will be sent to you within a short period of time after your order is placed. How much time before an event do I need to place an order? We recommend that orders be placed at least 48 hours prior to the event. As soon as you have a specific date in mind, contact us to place your order. Can I have a sample tasting? You may order a sample platter from Bellumio’s Fine Pastries that includes a variety of hors d’oeurves. Do you deliver? Yes, we deliver in Miami-Dade County. Delivery price is determined by distance and will be included in your proposal. Can I order through the internet? Unfortunately, due to the custom aspect of the business, we cannot take orders over the Internet, but we welcome you to send us an email with your order and we will contact you immediately to confirm. Can you ship an order? There are no current shipping methods to ship hors d’oeuvres, unless they are hand carried by someone. Do you have corporate accounts? Yes. Many companies have set-up corporate accounts to celebrate employee birthdays, to give platters to customers, or to celebrate corporate company events or luncheons. How many servings in a pie or omelet? Our 10” pie or omelet will serve between 8 and 10 people. Should the hors d’oeuvres be served at room temperature, warmed or chilled? Every hors d’oeuvre is different. If you would like we can provide individual warming instructions for your orders. Please ask about this when you place your order. Do you use any preservatives?  We use all natural ingredients and flavorings – no preservatives.     How is the product packaged/protected for delivery? All items are carefully wrapped and packaging is sealed to ensure your order will arrive fresh and tasty.
